Namaste! My name is Prashant and I was born and raised in the ancient city of Varanasi, India, a place steeped in India's traditions and known for its rich culinary heritage. Before the world changed, I worked as a travel associate, guiding Western travelers through the vibrant tapestry of India. During Covid, I pivoted to a journey to redefine comfort food. Thus, Kasual Kurry was born—a fusion of the familiar warmth of Indian cuisine with bold and diverse tastes worldwide. My mission is to make Indian comfort food accessible, easy to learn, and incredibly delicious.
